What I did today:

• Made a phone call which began something like,"So, I was reviewing your case and found that you owe about $6,200, I know you just got laid off, but is there anyway you would be able to make us a payment today? How much, you ask? How about $6,200?!"
• Made another phone call that was much more enjoyable, which began something like this: So, I know that we filed your divorce "married with children" but it turns out that your wife also filed, but she filed "married without children" it appears that the little kid you *thought* was yours is actually NOT yours at all...
