Father's day has an entirely new meaning to me since I met my husband. I've *never* met a man who does more for his kids. When it comes to the basics, he's there. When it comes to the complex, he's there. When it comes to "hey dad I need a ride home at midnight" - he's there. He is the most amazing father. When I see the interaction and the influence he is on his kids, it makes me want to be a better mother. I now wonder what we did without him here.
This week starts with Father's day and ends with his birthday. I hope he feels loved this week, because he is.
