Beach beauty. Remember last year?
I love my kids.As we left Woodside it was about 90 degrees. As we arrived at the beach, it was 60 degrees! Luckily Bree threw some sweatshirts in before we left. We drove up the coast and stopped at Half Moon Bay (loooove, but no pics) and had some lunch. The drive is amazing... just 30 minutes through the thick forest of trees and you end up at the beach. So awesome.
The kids had fun even though they were freezing and since it's a holiday weekend it was pretty crowded....but it was still fun. Chloe and Tye made sand castles while I stayed warm under a beach towel :) I'm sure we'll take another drive this week and take some more pictures. My favorite part might have been the drive home. The kids' commentary was priceless. Tokyo drift; makelle get out of the car; Hey look at that guy eating a muffin; They spelled strawberries wrong....and so much more.
