H&M wearing kool aid shirts and throwing what they believe to be gang signs (I think). Don't ask questions. Those shirts creep me out a bit. They can wear matching shirts now because they go to different schools. Huh, so that's all it takes.
H had her first Freshman volleyball game today. I thought that I wouldn't be nervous for them since it's just a regular game...no big deal. But of COURSE it stressed me out. They played great (especially H - fantastic serves!)...unfortunately they lost in 3 games. Tomorrow there's a home game. I'm still trying to figure out how I got old enough to have a highschooler (or actually, THREE highschoolers, one of which is old enough to be "in a relationship" on Fbook. whaaaat?!) I love watching the girls play sports. I think my favorite memories of the David were of playing volleyball. I'm glad my girls participate so that I can continue to enjoy it (and sit in the stands and pretend I'm on the team). I do NOT enjoy the little high school punks that sit there and yell out things to the girls and single them out. If I hear anything about the ginger on the court I WILL {threaten to} beat you up in the parking lot. [Don't mess with mother bear]
Maya made the softball team - which means we will have 4 nights of games a week. Its a good thing the girls have so many parents to support them. We can actually be in all places at one time so that they have someone watching. It's so very unfortunate that the Jr. high plays softball right now...its just too hot for those games!
