Twins and a new year.

I didn't even tell them to do this! I can't believe how much H and Chloe look alike.  Expressions, hair color, just add eye-liner to Clo and they are the same kid --- well, make up and add ten years or so :) 

We are so busy these days. Today has been the most relaxed weekend that we've had in a while, but that's because I'm missing Maya's first club vb game in Prescott (TERRIBLE mother).  It wasn't because I wanted to stay home, just one of those availability things. Multiple kids = lots of business. Lucky me though, I got to pick up Clo early and so we spent the day together, just Tye, Clo and I. That rarely happens.  We went to an antique mall (which might as well have been called a Grandma's house because there were just aisles of junk no one but a grandmother could love!) Chloe was pretty amazed at all of the stuff - and pointed out all of the "creepy" dolls.  I think if she had her way, we would have come out of there with a creepy doll.  The smell of the place was also very unappealing.  

H has a volleyball party - apparently these girls don't spend enough time together during  their twice weekly practices and alternating weekend tournaments.  I guess bonding time off the court is good, too.  I'm really glad the girls are busy and doing something that they like to do - and that I like to watch.  It was hard  impossible not going to Maya's game today. I like to go to everything.

I also got to work bright and early today to arrange some trial exhibits (yaaaay!) and catch up on work.  Hopefully my boss will be super impressed and give me a raise. Or not. I was just telling Tye today that so much of my time is spent at the office that I feel like it is homey to me.  I like our office and everyone there. 

This new year has been my favorite so far.  There are a lot of changes coming up for us this year - hopefully a move, all kids in High School (except Chloe....preschool continues for her...!) Hopefully sometime soon I will get to do a little travelling and that will be SO AWESOME, but more about that another time. 

H would kill me if she knew I posted that picture anywhere. Luckily she never reads this :)
