Saturday, stranded

Hey Chloe, they have to be IN your nose to work! This is a site I see, well, more times a day than I'd like. So long as the oxygen is somewhere in the general vicinity of her face, I'm okay with it. In the hospital they'd call it "blow by" when they'd have to give her 100% O2 to "bring her back up" (increase her oxygen saturation). Chloe got a little addicted to O2...which is much better than her other drug of choice in the NICU, which was morphine.

On a different note... can I just say that I DESPISE dioramas?? If any of you don't know what that is, you do not have a 5th grader. This is the 3rd diorama we've done this year... and when I say "we've" I say it loosely. I did the past few...this one Hayley did all on her own. It is supposed to be a forest with some little animals resembling a scene from the book "Poppy and Rye." I am really, really done with this school year. Luckily our least favorite teacher was just suspended and won't be back this year.... that's karma for you!
